We require a nursery nurse, to join the Health Visiting Team at Shiremoor Health Centre to work with and alongside Health Visitors and Sure Start, assisting and complementing their work with children, families and the public health agenda.

You will be part of a Primary Care Team, Sure Start and other agencies giving support and guidance to families in need and also participate in developmental screening of children under the supervision of the health visitors.

NNEB/BTEC essential, car driver essential.

As this post involves contact with a vulnerable client group, it has been designated as requiring ENHANCED Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
