Reporting to the Area Commander, it’s a role that will test your abilities to the full. It will see you call on all of your operational experience – driving continuous improvement, whilst ensuring it’s business as usual, and leading and motivating others to do the same. You’ll be involved in everything from setting up business systems and financial management, to evaluating business performance, managing future police staff resources, and ensuring health & safety compliance. Whilst you’ll spend most of your time managing change issues within your specific department, there’ll also be plenty of opportunities to be a part of projects and working groups looking at Force wide issues too.
